    This is to bring to your notice that I’m handy with all of the mentioned required document stated by you against claim and roaming in search of your connect center you stated at Kalkaji( B-4, Ground Floor, Shop no. 6, Kalka Ji, Near Agarwal Sweets Ph:7290013806{switch OFF} Store Timing: 11:00AM – 6:00PM) since last 3 days instantly after getting CIN confirmation all in vain as that center is always closed and connected store to your center told me today that it has been shifted but nobody have any clue also the no. you provided of the store is switch off.

    I have tried calling your customer services several times at 022-61555222 but it makes me keep on waiting and no response (Chargeable number) and toll free no.u gave is not a valid number if dialed.Seems yours Cx service also don’t do any follow up on the calls you missed, anyway that your part.

    Also in the above email you have stated that i need to submit the documents and visit to ur connect center (address mentioned by you is always closed) in 7 days days after intimating pls let me know how can i reach you. I also went to Apple work shop in this regards but they stated that they have stopped taking cashless insurance claim for apps daily.

    I would like to inform you that i have paid you money for cell phone insurance and at the time of my requirement you are facing off. I ll be taking this as scam and filling F.I.R against App Daily if this will not be answered till tomorrow
