    Sir,

    It is bring to your notice that i have purchased the switches of your company on October-2015, after few month i observed that day by day 1-2 switches gone faulty . today i count them , apx. 25-30 switches are gone faulty . your customer care no 1800 11 0303 never respond , i tried to contact several time but there is no response .

    now i am fully frustrated and tell me that what is the processor to resolve my problem because when i purchased the all items as switch / socket seller told me that it has 10 years guarantee .

    so pl resolve the issue asap.

    i am purches havelles 0.5 bhp,D2,monoblock Pump set sr.No.1601101888 on dt. 12/8/2016 but pump not good working, this pump is heat and tripp ever 5 minuts .this complain rigister though call No.FI191513 on dt.19/9/2016.and companee visiter attanded my home on dt.21/9/2016 and pump chang.new pump sr.No.1604107213 issue.i testing new pump on dt.22 & 28/9/2016 but problame is not cleraed .this complain register through call no.FI281190 dt.28/9/2016.I request you please attanded and clered my problame.

    Dear Havells,

    The complaint lodged on 13th October 2016, FJ 134535, was visited by engineer Mr. Gaurav on 14th October Friday and diagnosed as tank leakage and were told that they would replace the tank in 2-3 days, since then no response, called you hotline on 17, 19, 20, 22 October and there is no action or response from service department, need you to look urgently into this matter.

    i state that i had purchased a ceiling fan on 18/05/2016 and about 2-3 months it is not working properly. i had made calls to the customer care number but they did not resolved my problem (first on 18/09/2016) they say that in 48 hours one person will be there to resolve my problem but he did not came and many times they refer my call to the senior person and he also said the same.
    what is it? are you people playing a game .daily we are making calls but same happens.
    it has been longer than 1 month but my problem is not resolved at all.why you people had made this customer care number,i do not think that it is to resolve our issues.
    totally disappointed by your service.
    if there is any chance then please resolve my problem.

    My Havells Steam Iron -Admire which is still
    Under warranty is not working. We complaint and call no FJ031450 was allocated to technician who visited and mentioned it need to be replaced. It’s more than 2 weeks and we have still not got new iron. Did Complaint several times but no action. Disappointed with the service. Please take action urgently as it is causing lot of inconvenience.

    Sir,
    I purchased two havells geysers (10 ltrs & 3 ltrs) from M/s Bharat Electric, Nalikul, Dist. Hooghly, State – WB on 24/10/2016. They gave me 3 Mobile Nos. (9830134000 / 9748661106 / 9748662117) with a request to call for free installation. Having contacted with one number, received another No. 9564764462 (geyser installation technician). The said technician installed the geysers and claimed for Rs. 600/-, then I was not present. My younger brother was bound to pay Rs. 600/-. (Tactfully the technician lost the original bill). After returning home, I fetched and received the original bill, then & there ring back to the technician and requested for refunding money. During discussion, I came to know that he came from Memari / Pandua. He assured me to refund and on 3/11/16, I send him SMS regarding refund position and requested me to wait. 2 months is on the way to elapsed but refund of Rs. 600/- has not been made from your technician. Kindly do the needful from your end at your earliest opportunity.
