    Sir/Madam,

    This is unfair for every LYF mobile users who were already purchase LYF mobile with 4g supports. But now the Reliance JIO sim is given freely in every handset mobiles. I already purchased LYF mobile only for operate 4G network. But this time every one used reliance JIO sim freely. This very 100% unfair . Plz give some extra benefit to those who were already purchased LYF mobile. Its a big request.

    I have ordered for buying mobile (Product – LYF FLAME 8 with JIO Preview Offer (Black, 8 GB)) Order ID – OD506787979671236000 though Flipkart. The same was received at myself on 16.08.16 .But as I had to go out of station for 4 4ays I could not use the Mobile. After that when I started using mobile , it is generating heat even for a 2-3 minutes talk in the mobile and generating heat while charging also. In case of l conversation even for 5-10 minutes , it is generating heat in such a level that is not conducive for further talking or holding. It certainly affects our health .In this circumstances on 28.08.2016 when emailed to FLIP Helpdesk for return of the item purchased it was informed that since the product was delivered on August 16, 2016, it has crossed the seller’s 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement request. However as the product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. I have advised to get in touch with the authorized service center for necessary return as the product is giving problem while using

    Lodged complaint with Care@lyf on 29.08.16 and 30.08.16 but no reponse received so far

    I bought a lyf wind3 mobile from flipkart. But i am from odisha and now i am staying in pune Maharashtra. The jio stores are not giving jio SIM to me. They are telling that jio SIM for other state is not available. So i have to go my own state for getting jio SIM. Please do something for this. Otherwise why a person will buy a lyf mobile.
    buying a lyf mobile is a wastage for me.

    I, Avtar Singh, working at Yogi Flex, Kamalpur Chowk, Hoshiarpur had purchased mobile (No. 7508474877) LYF wind 6 last two months, but there is some problem in motherboard and I got checked it from care centre Hoshiarpur and they told me that it would not be repaired in warranty. For Repairing charges 4000/- rupees will give extra. Please tell me the solution for the mobile repairing. I will be thankful to you very much.

    I bought a LYF mobile ” Water 1 ” Model and with in 3 Months the display became black when i taken to local service center they are not behaving properly they are saying it is internal damage but physical there is no damage in display. But they are saying” you should not keep the mobile in jeans pant” if stress is given it will broken from inside. Service is really pathetic. If any physical damage or liquid damage then it is responsible by customer. but it is shocking to hear that we should not keep in jeans pant why this has not be told while buying… I bought this for RS. 14 700. i thinking they are cheating customers. Need your reply or i will file the case in consumer forum.

  10. I hv just received flame7 model of lyf thts no batery backup even one hrs.charging and calling time mobile is full heat.its a 1750 mh batery backup but i think its not true.even just of 5mints call batery discharge half..my mb no is 8419810001.I thing its a lost of my money

  26. Sir,i have 5 days purchase to Lyf wind 4s..bat hang & switched on off problem..one time service center..he is 2 days write no problem but no solve my problem..your service engineering is behave bad..second problem he is there..
