Dear sirs
I am a merchant in mysore and registered moblile no
is 9902323423 to phone pe account.In
of HEAVENLYS GENERATIONS OQ CODE IS q06137822@ybl on 1st june there
was a transaction of
rs 6299 given by my customer on the purchase and i recieved the
message that the amount is credited
to my account and whille checking it was credited by 6299 .
But on 3rd june when i checked my account to my shock the amount of
rs 6299 has been debited back
to my account.see once if the amount is credited to my account on
purchase by my customer how can u debit it without
even informing or messaging me.if this is the case how we transact via
phone pe as there is no guarantee
that the money is credited to our account
so please see that the amount is credited back to my account at the
earliest as this purchase was genuine
and i received the message also.
