Mr Anant of Swiggy.com, Pune delivered my swiggy assured (35 minutes) Order No 112405535 dt 14 Dec 2017 1632h at 1713h ie in 41 minutes, 6 minutes late. However, it is cunningly denying me the swiggy assured cashback of Rs 100 stating that Anant arrived at the delivery location at 1703h, 2 minutes before time. They have neither shared the basis of their contention, nor the justified why he took 10 minutes to deliver the order. They are blatantly cheating.
I ordered food at 9.10 PM but still not received .order number: 1169276524. Unable to contact to delivery boy Deepak 9716370830. Once he picked and denied to deliver then his number is out of reach. Unable to connect with customer care as no contact number is working. Poor service, poor everything. First time ordered, bad experience…😔

Swigy delivered incomplete item which i ordered.
First time i ordered chicken manchow soup with crispy noodle but got only soup. I asked to delivery boy he said don’t know. So it was the pack item i thought it will be there but there was no crispy noodle. After receiving no option to cancelled nor return. And swigy doesn’t have helpline number also.

Yesterday 27th may 2018, I ordered veg biryani and swiggy people delivered me chicken biryani and they left. I am trying from yesterday, no contact number is Woking which are available on net for all locations I tried. Not sure about the reason. Please note that before few month ago i am working with Swiggy as a pdp delivery partner but in april month i left from my job and i also submitted my bag tshirt and jacket also.They told me that in 45 days we refund your security deposit amount but till date i didn’t recevied any amount from swiggy even they also told me that in may 2ndmonth you recevied amount but now june month is started till i not received any amount from swiggy or bundle technology pvt ltd. My I’d 661888 my all bank account detail are uploaded from hub but I am unable to receiving money in my account.
i have ordered food on swiggy last month on 26th May in 10.32 PM and my order id is 41965355847 and i paid the full amount of Rs. 289. UPI transaction ID- 914622434485. After some time the Swiggy delivery man called me and said that the Restaurant is closed so that you have to cancelled the order.
But sorry to say that till date the refund money is not credited in my account. when i call customercare they always tell me that you will wait 24 hrs. the amount will be credited in your account. but nothing will happen.

Today I got taste of the most Horrible Customer Service, that I can ever get from a company like yours.
If you see my history , I have been regularly ordering food through Swiggy, many a times had horrible experiences with regards to delivery, but I never really complained
Today I was ordering food and was about to apply the coupon code & checking to login to my Paytm account, when you people deducted the payment from my Paytm account, without giving me the benefit of the SWIGGYIT coupon code available on my account.
I immediately got connected to your chat team without a matter of few seconds, when the order was not even confirmed & your chat team started saying I would be charged 90 rupees cancellation fee.
I spoke to the Manager – Sandeep Singh but he was equally worse. You people have absolutely no sense how to deal with customers & if this is how you cheat customers then I am sorry to say , but this wont take your company too far
I have decide going forward I am going to uninstall Swiggy from my phone & never ever food again through Swiggy.
By you cheating me this way, you have lost a customer forever. I am going to share this experience with all friends & family and let them know how SWIGGY does this kind of fraud and cheating with customers
The delivery boy took 1 hr 20 mins to deliver good which was naturally extremely cold by then and once he left I realised my delivery wasn’t complete. I ordered 4 items and the smaller 2 out of them were missing. There was no number available on app to raise the complaint.
